Your order status is available by viewing check your order status.

If your order has been shipped then you will be able to track it from the order status page.

If you chose to register or were already logged in when you placed the order it will also be available from your account settings page.

If your order has been delivered and it was damaged, or a product has become faulty during your warranty period, you can complete a return from the check your order status page. This is available by logging in and viewing the list of your previous orders. When viewing the correct order simply click on the Return button to start the process.

If you have a different problem, or a fault has occurred outside of your warranty period, please describe it below and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Your right to return products varies by your location, but generally speaking most products supplied by us can be returned without reason within 14 days of delivery. In many cases we offer an extended returns period which will be shown on your order status page.

Returning faulty products

If you are returning an order or a part of an order because a product is damaged or faulty then please select I have a problem with an order or product I have purchased as your reason above. You will have additional rights when a product is damaged so we will be able to help you further even outside of the normal returns period.

Returning unwanted products

For unwanted product returns you can complete a return from the check your order status page. This is available by logging in and viewing the list of your previous orders. When viewing the correct order simply click on the Return button.

On each product page in our shop we show the current live stock quantity where stock is limited, and our checkout process will warn you if you are ordering more of a product than we currently have available in stock.

At Live Reef we design and build all of our branded products ourselves. We can design and build custom filtration equipment, and can often incorporate changes into our stock items subject to an increased lead time.
